The Human Access Project (HAP) is a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organization run almost entirely by volunteers and supported by donations - of which 99% go directly to funding our work. We advocate for new beaches, paths, public swimming spaces, and stewardship of the river and watershed.

We also organize the open water advocacy swim with the River Hugger Swim Team daily Monday-Saturday, June-September.
